I have never heard of black lentils but look forward to finding some and trying this next soup.

This looks amazing. Almost reminds me of the process for making Rice Pilaf.

I found them at whole foods market, they reseble expensive caviar!
I forgot the bacon =-/ used same amount of chopped ham instead.. OH boy, this one is a true keeper.
